Washington requires application for license plates immediately upon
establishing residency. The fee you pay depends upon the current value of yoru
automobile. License plate tags are renewed annually. Registration renewal can
be handles by mail.
You will be required to pass an auto emission test, which can be taken at 510 W
Mill Plain Blvd, Vancouver, WA.
